Future and Past Dimensional shifting is occurring right now!

Clearing for New Time and ‘Space’ - literally

When we are receiving insight into something we then need to process this through all the ‘other’ layers and levels.

Now ‘what does this mean’?

It means that when one receives intuitive insight into something, then know and allow for one to then receive, feel and know this on all levels of from Spirit, Soul, Mental and Emotional and Physical.

It is a process of ‘breaking this down’ to all other levels of receiving some insight from Spirit - then recognising this in our Soul our Inner Knowing - to then feeling what that actually is in the HUMAN - utilising our Spiritual Mind - which is linked to our emotions - WHICH IS THE KEY in the human for the last layer for a shift to be felt is on the PHYSICAL

Allowing this to flow through the human emotions and not get ‘caught’ or stuck in the human emotions which then can manifest into dis-ease. Or by coming from logic and the head only and not feeling our emotions. Or by feeling in the Spiritual Only as well and not linking to the human.

As that is when we receive some ‘wake up calls’ with our health. As the root of dis-ease is linked to our emotions. Yes all else in food etc, yet someone could eat all the ‘right things’ and do yoga and not smoke or drink and still they are having difficulty copying EMOTIONALLY WITHIN!

(Yet many souls base that one needs to be for example a vegan to ascend or to be in 5D, what a load of **** that is lol. And I say this so blatantly in love, please remember this!! If we cannot laugh and joke around in fun with our spiritual growth and some of the crazy stuff ‘going around’ then what is the point if not to LIGHTEN UP...in deep love and respect of a situation or incident and not targeting anyone in general. Of being so honest to table some of the disillusionment and DISTRACTIONS that are around)

So yes we feel what we need to until we learn what this is for us, this is an example of how ultimately we learn to live in the flow of the Divine constantly, not only in Spirit yet also linked with our Human Being, feeling and releasing emotions ‘as they come’.

Often we are needing to verbalise and interact with others to help us to help ourselves with this...this is paramount and so very important for our NEW SPIRITUAL FAMILIES

Many of us are so very blessed that we have other Spiritual family connections already we can do this with...but many still do not..I meet them all the time on skype in 1:1 Divine Healings.

As to verbalise and share and bring what we are going through into the human is VITAL to do so for our consciousness...for us to hear ourselves and feel ourselves by sharing and just ‘bouncing off another’ without really wanting any ‘answers’

Just a very safe space to say what something is for us, again is paramount.

Part Two Lets look at anxiety and multidimensional anxiety

Someone recently felt anxiety and I shared how to sit with it and feel it when it comes and say to oneself ‘Oh, I can feel anxiety’ and then ‘look’ at this further

As in don’t just dismisses it or suppress it...verbalising to oneself when one feels this is a start or commencement of a possible release if one chooses to do so by knowing to firstly recognise this to oneself

And then we can do many things or processes with this from here

We can ask ourselves ‘well, what am I anxious about’ and again bring the feeling of what it refers to, up and out

That process alone is a start or a new beginning in itself

And also please know that the anxiety this person felt was then linked to energies from another close family person that they were linked with in the astrals!

As so much goes on in the astrals!

There is ‘another us’ up there, us in Spirit (which is linked to our Higher Self)

Not only do we need to protect our energies in the human we need to do DOUBLE protection, in our Spirit as well.

As our Spirit is like an etheric self, which one can visualise or see as a human outline of starry energy

This energy from this close family member was resonating or triggering a maybe lower level of anxiety that this person was feeling and AMPLIFYING it to more full-blown anxiety

Again, through the connection in the astrals

That’s why sometimes we may feel as we do and sometimes it just doesn’t make sense or something just doesn’t feel ‘right’ or something along those lines

So it is feeling into and breathing and accepting this anxiety in the human and process and release this...and then also clearing ones energy space in the astrals as well...as one may need to cut old cords from chakras as well...it is too numerous to what needs to be done in saying this for each individual situation is very different. (I do offer this removal/clearing for souls in a 1:1 Divine Healing, in linking our Spirit to our Soul)

The anxiety level dropped dramatically with this person as they identified what was ‘theirs’ and what was being amplified by another in their energy space in the astrals.

It allowed them to release their inner anxiety and to do so, one needed to confront what they were suppressing as to how they were feeling.

As when we do so, this then releases a connection to another soul (in one area)

As we do need to be in our very own energy spaces in the human AND in Spirit as well.

And often this means physical distance as well.

I am guided to share this while away in my own new ‘Time and Space’ energy - and I can share that I am doing so much in the multidimensions right now, of future energy that many of us have had ‘out’ due to past or recent energy shifts where we are now needing to RE-GROUP WITHIN OURSELVES. As there is so much to this and will share more soon as guided.

So many more people are now ‘coping’ better within themselves with what they now know and are utilising tools and methods to help themselves in a very big way

It is about TRUSTING ourselves now, in a way that we really NEED TO DO THIS FOR OURSELVES

To really really know our own WORTH.
