Multiple high frequencies have been coming through in the last 24hours...and are still continuing as the ‘ringing in the ears’ is full on right now...shifting from many to one frequency...upgrading higher and higher - this then like re-groups and then multiple again into one over and over in waves

We are also feeling ascension ‘flushes’ coming through in waves through our bodies with this
